Rules & Restrictions


DRIVER REQUIREMENTS / RESTRICTIONS / AGE LIMIT

Vehicles are available to drivers over the age of 21 with good driving records and no major violations that would restrict your license from driving a vehicle on public roads.

All of our Supercars have two seats. You have the option of adding a participating passenger to your experience. Passenger fee varies based on tour length; the passenger fee is mandatory regardless if the passenger will be driving.

We encourage you to bring someone along to enjoy this bucket list experience with you! We do not have age restrictions on passengers. If the passenger is also 21 years of age they may drive if they meet the driving requirements. We encourage you to bring along your Supercar fanatic kiddo! You can add the passenger to your booking during the checkout process. We have entertained families with kids of all ages. Car/booster seats do not typically fit into these cars, please call for more information.

All clients of Oxotic Supercar Driving Experience must complete a liability waiver prior to receiving a vehicle.

WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME

We run our tours like a train station, the longest in the morning and the shortest in the afternoon. We do this to ensure the best driving conditions for our tours. We kindly ask that you be on time for your tour so that we are on time with our scheduling and other participants in your group do not have to wait.

We allow you to check in 15 minutes past your reservation time, if you arrive after that grace period we will reschedule your tour for another date.

INSURANCE

We Do Not Provide Insurance | We do not require deposits like most companies and competitors. This industry loves to add surprise deposits ($1000-$5000) at the time of checking in for the rental. We do not play this game. We do however require you to have a verifiable full coverage automotive policy on a vehicle that you are listed as a driver. Either your own policy or a group policy (ie. family policy)

All Drivers must carry a form of full coverage insurance to cover damages to the vehicle in the event of an accident. Allowable coverage must be in one of the following forms:

  • Existing Coverage
    If you already have an existing insurance policy on a personal vehicle you own or lease, you can use this same policy to cover your rental vehicle. You will need to contact your insurance company to verify that you have adequate coverage in place. If your coverage is insufficient, we will require all driver(s) to purchase additional coverage with their insurance company prior to renting. (Fortunately, it does not matter what car you drive personally. As long as you have insurance in good standing, your carrier will cover damages.) Out-of-state renters are required to maintain full-coverage insurance (liability, comprehensive, and collision). We do not offer insurance.

  • Additional Insurance Options

    If you do not have Full Coverage and Comprehensive. We suggest using XInsurance they can provide a one-day policy wich covers Supercars in the event you do not have a full-coverage automotive policy of your own.

Multi-Car Reservations

  • For groups that have booked 3+ vehicles, an automatic 20% gratuity based on the total cost of the tour will be calculated and collected at the time of booking.

Oxotic reserves the right to remove you from the vehicle at any time during the tour if you are not adhering to our rules and guidelines. You will typically receive one warning. There are no refunds if we are forced to end your tour.


INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

Oxotic understands you are not able to provide proof of full coverage insurance. International visitors must provide a driver’s license from their home country. We suggest purchasing insurance from Allianz Global Assistance.

PAYMENT METHODS & GIFT VOUCHERS

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are the preferred methods of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. In certain cases, cashier’s checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal & business checks are not accepted.

All Gift Vouchers purchased either online at Oxotic.com or through our sales office expire three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the issued voucher. We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers. Expired gift cards can be re-instated for a flat fee of $50 within 6 months of their expiration date, allowing an additional 6 months for the gift card to be used. We do offer gift vouchers through various third party websites. Those companies provide various expiration periods. Please refer to their guidelines for redemption rules and voucher expiration. 


FUEL POLICY

Fuel charges vary by package and may or may not be included with the original purchase price of your package or voucher. Your voucher will identify if fuel & maintenance fees were pre-paid. If fuel & maintenance was not pre-paid you will be required to pay these fees when you book your reservation. Fuel charges may vary season to season, if your gift voucher is from a previous season you will be required to pay the current seasons fuel cost.

TICKETS

Drivers are responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding and/or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented. Drives are responsible for paying all fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs, and any other related costs incurred during their rental period.

NO SMOKING

We are a non-smoking establishment, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vapes etc. We do not allow smoking on the premises, in or around our fleet, or at any stopping point throughout the tour.

Zero Tolerance: If we find that you are under the influence of any substance i.e alcohol or drugs we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
